Step 4. Approve RMA Return


When to Use

  • Once the product is received in the warehouse and has been handled to ensure the product is in tact, the RMA need to be approved to move forward for a refund.
    • Note: there are different URLs are defined below for Order-Level vs Item-Level, but the body is the same.
  • Net result of this request will send data to the marketplace moving the RMA refund into an approved status. The buyer will be refunded the amount of the item and appropriate shipping based on the RMA settings at the marketplace.
