Step 4. Reject RMA Return
When to Use
- Once the product is received in the warehouse and has been handled, and the product is damaged/used/otherwise ruined, the next step is to reject the RMA and NOT refund the buyer their money.
- Note: there are different URLs are defined below for Order-Level vs Item-Level, but the body is the same.
- Net result of this request will send data to the marketplace moving the RMA refund into a closed/final status. The buyer will not be refunded the money on the item.
